Lauren has arranged for contractor discounts for CFM (Contractor Furnishings Mart), Home Depot, Lowes, and other vendors. She also will personally choose inexpensive but trending items to make your “spruce up” economical.

Staging Consultation

When physical staging is cost-prohibitive, Virtual Staging can help; Lauren’s team has AI expertise to do VS. Other times, full staging is required. Lauren has relationships with a number of staging companies to give quotes so you can decide. And now and then all you need is to rearrange existing items & “zhuzh” it with a few decorative items; Lauren has an inventory of attractive pieces.

Prior to the start of her 21+ years in real estate, Lauren was one of the key negotiators for Northrop Grumman for the F/A-18 contracts where she was negotiating multi-billion dollar contracts on a regular basis. Several other agents have said she is one of the best negotiators they’ve worked with — honest, fair, but with fierce focus on her client’s best interests.

Lauren’s prior to real estate knowledge of project management means she keeps things on schedule and watches contingency timelines like a hawk. She will also keep your closing coordinated with your purchase — we don’t want you to be “homeless” for even a day.

Lender Backing

Although the buyers lender is the one to push a loan through, sometimes they are inexperienced or limited by their firm’s limits. Lauren has several lenders who can step in and rescue a deal — in one case after the buyer’s lender said it couldn’t loan on the property, Lauren’s lender successfully got approval 6 days later.
