Hi, I’m Lauren Perreault, REALTOR®, Managing Principal Broker and Co-Founder of Fiv Realty in Oregon and Washington. I help people buy, sell, and invest in real estate across the Portland Metro area and Vancouver / Clark County, Washington. I love the smell of fresh paint and new lumber and I love older historical homes as well. It’s always thrilling to me to give the keys to an excited buyer or tell a seller we have multiple offers. I’m licensed in Oregon, Washington, and California and have 20+ years of full-time real estate experience. I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, sellers preparing a home for market, estate and probate situations, and residential investors. I hold an MBA from USC and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Michigan State University. Before real estate, I managed complex projects for companies like Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Oracle — experience that translates well to real estate transactions: timelines, risk management, and details that matter. I also have managed complete remodels on 5 homes for myself or clients, so I know construction methods and approximate costs and can help clients decide which improvements are worth doing in order to achieve top dollar for their home when selling.

I also hold advanced certifications including CRS®, CLHMS®, SRES®, RENE®, and Certified Probate Specialist, and I’m a coach with Tom Ferry Coaching, where I teach marketing and sales strategy to other agents nationwide.

It’s not just about selling homes; it’s about building lasting relationships. Many of my clients return to me for future real estate needs, whether they are upgrading, downsizing, or investing in rental properties. This loyalty speaks volumes about the trust I foster with my clients. For instance, I helped a young couple purchase their first home, and several years later, they came back to me to sell that home and buy a larger one as their family grew. I’ve been married to my husband, an award winning architect, for 38 years. We have two adult daughters; our eldest is married and is a professional YouTuber in space & technology with over 220,000 subscribers and she is pregnant with our first grandchild (it’s a boy!) and our younger daughter is a Veterinarian and Board Certified Veterinary Radiologist. Our family loves animals and we have owned multiple dogs, cats, and horses, plus a hamster or two 🙂
