Hi, I’m Lauren Perreault, a Principal Broker and Co-Founder of Fiv Realty. I help people buy, sell, and invest in real estate across the Portland Metro area and Vancouver / Clark County, Washington. My focus is simple: clear strategy, strong negotiation, and decisions that support long-term value.

I’m licensed in Oregon, Washington, and California and have 20+ years of full-time real estate experience. I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, sellers preparing a home for market, estate and probate situations, and residential investors. Clients often tell me they appreciate my calm style, direct advice, and the way I explain options without pressure.

I hold an MBA from USC and a Mechanical Engineering degree from Michigan State University. Before real estate, I managed complex projects for companies like Boeing, Northrop Grumman, and Oracle—experience that translates well to real estate transactions: timelines, risk management, and details that matter.

I also hold advanced certifications including CRS®, CLHMS®, SRES®, RENE®, and Certified Probate Specialist, and I’m a coach with Tom Ferry Coaching, where I teach marketing and sales strategy to other agents nationwide.
